Terrible experience. 10 months after the wedding and only just received final dvd. Paid extra money for messages to be left by guests. I know that more guests left messages than what ended up on the dvd but somehow did not appear on the final dvd and there was no explanation only that they must not have left a message when I know for a fact they did and another statement saying the battery was flashing, it may not have rercorded. In my opinion I would stay well clear. There are plenty more companies out there that are reliable, just wish I had done more research as you only have one chance at it.
