- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My elderly mother ordered a new tank to be fitted from this apparently reputable business but my God what a nightmare it turned out to be! Everything seemed legit and the company quickly left a new oil tank at the house ready for fitting. My mum was then contacted by the management who suddenly demanded an up-front payment from my elderly mother. My mother told them that she would prefer to pay as soon as she observed that the work carried out was satisfactory. The business apparently agreed this. The following morning a white van arrived, two men jumped out and grabbed the tank loading it back into the van!!! My mum went out in her slippers to ask why they were taking the van away and they told her that it was because of non payment before 9am??!!!!! What!!? This was completely ridiculous! My parents have been left badly shaken by Gilmore fuels in Coleraine. I sincerely advise people to stay well clear of this company!!!
